Your information in Tentey.
How this first version handles your account and saved work.
Account security
Clerk handles sign-in, passwords and email and phone verification. Tentey uses your verified account identity to protect your workspace.
Google and GitHub sign-in
If you choose Google or GitHub, Tentey uses your basic profile and email address for sign-in and account identity. Clerk processes and stores the connected-account information to support authentication. These sign-in connections do not request Gmail, calendar or private-repository access.
Your content
Your brand details, business goal and drafts are stored in Supabase. Vercel hosts the app. Your workspace is private to your Tentey account.
Social account connections
Connecting a social account is optional and separate from signing in. After you authorize a supported provider, Tentey reads the profile or channel details and a limited set of recent posts or video titles that your permissions allow. These details help you review your audience, topics and posting plan. Some providers only allow basic profile information.
Tentey stores connection details in its private database and encrypts access and refresh tokens before storing them. Tokens are handled on the server and are not included in your drafts or browser storage. This version does not use connected account data for model training, advertising or automated outreach.
Payments
Stripe processes subscriptions through the Wolfey billing account. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and billing pages; Tentey does not store card numbers. Tentey stores its Stripe customer, checkout and subscription identifiers, billing status and processed event identifiers to associate payments with your verified Tentey account. Stripe receives a Tentey-specific account reference. Sharing a billing provider does not connect your Wolfey and Tentey workspaces.
Connected products
Your Tentey identity and workspace remain separate from Wolfey. This version does not publish social posts, send social messages or transfer your content to Wolfey. Opening Wolfey takes you to its separate app and account.
Your controls
You can edit brand details and delete drafts in Tentey, and manage sign-in details through Account settings. Removing a sign-in account does not yet automatically erase its stored workspace.
You can revoke Tentey’s access through your social provider’s app permissions. For Google connections, use Google Account permissions. Revoking access does not automatically remove previously saved profile details or drafts. Contact us to remove your stored workspace and social connection data; it remains stored until removed.
